California is the 3rd largest US State in terms of area and size, and is the 1st largest state in regards to population. There are 23 State Parks in California that are in totality, there are only 3 cities in that are in totality that are major large cities that we will look at here.

We are looking at major cities in the path of totality; therefore, there might be some cities which are smaller that we are don’t include but are in totality. These 3 cities have an average of 238.333333333 seconds of totality, which is 3 minutes and 58.3333333332 seconds per city.
