If the sky is clear, astronomers will be on hand with telescopes.

“In January we host our annual telescope workshop, where we invite people to bring in new scopes that they got for the holidays and need help learning to use, or old scopes that need a tune-up. We also encourage people who simply have questions about astronomy to bring those. EAS members will be on hand and ready to share their expertise.
The meeting starts at 7:00 on Thursday, January 16th. It’s a bit of a hike from the parking lot to the Science Center building; if you need help carrying equipment, come ask! We’ll be glad to give you a hand.
